After years of working for amazing organizations, such as The National Geographic Society, David Weekley Homes, and Second Baptist Church… I took a leap and started to full-time freelance in 2009. I know from first hand experience, running a small business is HARD. It’s exhausting, emotional, and sometimes terrifying. The good news, we’re here to help you.
Assuming you’re not a designer, investing in a brand identity for your company is one of the most important steps you can take as a business owner. Branding is, after all, much more than a logo. It’s a unique collection of visuals that tells your story, resonates with your target market, and helps drive sales.
One of my first jobs out of design school involved placing print ads for National Geographic’s Adventure Magazine in New York. I was shocked to find that many companies were disorganized and lacked a cohesive and usable brand identity. I never would have thought I’d have to recreate the logo of a multi-million-dollar, international financial institution because they didn’t have that file on hand.
I’ve set out to “find a better way” and offer this service to small businesses. My goal is to set you up with a professional brand that will attract, excite, and delight your customers for many years to come.
If you think we’re a good fit for each other, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to answer questions, discuss the process, or simply chat about the ideas you have for your brand.
